Warranty and Returns
Canopy Home and Garden outdoor furniture is warranted for residential use. The warranty does not apply to commercial applications. The 3-year limited warranty is valid from original purchase date and to the original owner. Proof of purchase is required.
Frame (Extruded Aluminum) – Three Years – Within the first 3 years from the purchase date, if the welds or frame should break, the frame will be replaced in the original design, if available. If the original design has been discontinued, every effort will be made to choose a replacement that is similar in size and design. Misuse, freeze damage and improper assembly are not covered. The powder coated finish is warranted for 3 years from time of purchase against cracking and peeling.
Wicker Weave (Resin) Three Years – The resin wicker is warranted against separation or breaking for three years from the purchase date. Damage and fading due to exposure to elements, chemicals or harsh cleaning products are not covered.
Fabric – Three Years - The fabric on the cushions is warrantied for 3 years from date of purchase. We will replace the fabric in the original color and pattern if available, or in a similar color and pattern if the original has been discontinued. The warranty does not cover damage caused from misuse, abuse or lack of care. Dirt left on the fabric for extended periods of time can cause mold and mildew to grow. Routine cleaning can prevent this from occurring. Recommendations for cleaning mold and mildew can be found on the Sunbrella home page. Deterioration, discoloration and fading due to chemicals, cleaning products and sun lotions are not covered under the warranty.
What if I receive my order and it has a piece damaged?
Shipping carriers can sometimes be rough on our boxes and accidents do happen. If you received your order and a box is damaged, please accept the delivery and open up all the boxes. Inspect the furniture and make sure you have everything that is included in your order. If there is a damaged piece, please email us and include your name, shipping address, phone number, order number from the retailer you purchased from and some photos of the damaged piece. That way we can send you a replacement as quickly as possible. We will also send you tracking information through that email. During the season, please allow us 24-48 hours to get back to you. What if I don't like it? Can I return it?
Yes, if you purchase it from one of our retail partners, you will have to return it using their return system. If you purchase it from our website, contact us directly. Returning the product within the first 30 days after purchase is available. If you think you might return the product, we encourage keeping the boxes. Return shipping charges will apply.
